Brand Development

Crafting Cohesive Identities That Drive Results

Brand development is a broad and essential part of any successful business. It shapes how a company is perceived, connects with its audience, and communicates its values across every touchpoint. A strong brand isn’t just a logo, it’s a cohesive identity that informs strategy, design, and storytelling, ensuring every interaction reinforces the company’s mission and vision.

I work closely with clients to gain a deep understanding of their brand values, future goals, target audience, and aesthetic preferences. From there, I co-create a strategy and develop visual elements that not only reflect the brand’s essence but also support its objectives and growth. Together, we build a brand that resonates, inspires, and achieves measurable impact.

Event Coverage and Promotion

Ise covers and conveys the grand scheme, overall vibe, and pockets of intimate moments of any event, enticing viewers to join in on the fun.

Song, curiosities, performance art, dancing, and connection at THE ultimate winter festival in Bellingham, WA. Captured and shared through Instagram stories and professional photography.

From Bhangra to Highland Dancing this 2 day festival was jam-packed with back to back dance classes to raise funds for Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Services.

Logos and Marks

Kat's fish market

The logo for Kat’s Fish Market captured the client’s vision for a friendly, character-driven design that leaves a memorable, brandable impression. Featuring elements inspired by local fishermen and the coastal community, the design bridges the market’s emphasis on fresh, locally sourced seafood with its welcoming, family-oriented storefront. Appealing to families, “shop local” supporters, and culinary enthusiasts alike.

Northwest Summer Institute

This design reflects the institute’s forward-thinking approach to art education with its modern and abstract block lettering while highlighting the institutes emphasis on art in nature by centering a floral motif to create the negative space in letter A. It stays rooted in hands-on learning with the stamped typography.

To The ends Tours

To The Ends Tours wanted a rugged, bold design that could easily translate to patches, bandanas, and pins for their travelers. The globe-centered logo delivers this with strong typography and rich, balanced colors, while the curved text creates a striking visual pop and the hands linking the sides of the globe literally embody the company name, making it a memorable and versatile visual identity.

3 color project.

boneyard boards

Boneyard Boards sought a design that balances punk edge with laid-back surfer vibes, while remaining adaptable across their diverse brand applications. The skeleton surfer flashing a shaka (otherwise known as a hang loose hand sign) perfectly captures this spirit and exemplifies brand values. Bone motifs on the board call the brand name to mind even in its simplest form of Skeleton and Board, creating a memorable and versatile identity which is applied 3 ways.

Northwest Monthly Magazine

Northwest Monthly Magazine wanted a clean, type-driven logo that could pair seamlessly with detailed, image-rich covers. By creatively shaping the “N” of Northwest and the “M” of Monthly, the logo forms a subtle mountain motif, celebrating the region’s natural beauty without relying on additional illustrative elements.

Where Storytelling Meets Strategy

Creation is, to me, an expression of life and a fundamental part of being human.

Storytelling lies at the heart of my process, balancing meticulous detail with the big picture to craft cohesive, compelling work. I relish the challenge of assembling each project’s pieces, shaping them into a narrative that moves and inspires an audience.

Creating work that engages, informs, and resonates with others transports me into a state of exhilaration and fulfillment as well as drives meaningful results for clients, helping their vision come to life and connect with the audiences that matter most.

Here are a few examples to get your mind churning on what creative projects you’re excited to bring to life next, though this list is NOT extensive – if you have a unique vision I’d love to talk it through with you and create something special!
